• Provide Network Design for the Organizations and work in conjunction with your Head Office (local or overseas).
  • Propose, recommend and build new Data Centre with your preferred layout and design.
  • Source and setup appropriate Voice Over IP phone system, for integration into WAN, LAN, PBX.
  • Provide comprehensive and reliable data/voice structured cabling design for phone and data points.
  • Recommend security measures such as firewalls, anti-virus protection, content-filtering software to prevent unauthorized access/virus.
  • Source and propose IT Hardware and Software i.e. Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners, Fax machines, copiers, etc.
  • Setup Mail Server (File and Print server), Security Server (Firewall), Spam Mail Server etc.
  • Establish a reliable Wide Area Network (WAN) design for linking communication between your Head Office or branch office in Singapore or overseas.
  • Set up Conference Room with the latest conferencing system technology.
  • Work and coordinate with third party provider, eg Bloomberg to setup Bloomberg systems or Reuter System for Funds Management and Stock/Shares Trading.
  • Propose Telco Service, Setup Internet and Email system plus recommend subscription of ADSL, leased line, or any point to point leased line linkage.
  • Provide IT documentation on schedule of events, project plan and technical drawings.
  • Coordinate testing of all IT-related equipments to ensure they are up and running on time.

 
  • Source for suitable phone-recording system.
  • Source and recommend office automation equipments, eg leased/purchase Xerox, Canon copiers or multifunction systems.
  • Provide IT maintenance support / Outsource Engineer.
  • Provide IT consultancy services and work with all main/subcontractors to ensure job is completed within deadline.
  • Coordinate and provide relocation or Migration Services to/from old/new office.
  • Provide new Office design M&E work, and office furniture that blends in with total IT concept in your office.
